We were referred to 21 west spruce interiors through a friend and previous client.  We were hesitant in the beginning to spend our hard-earned money on a designer, rather than putting the money solely into our new addition.    Boy, were we so wrong!  Denice's vision for the project far exceeded our expectations.  Both Denice and her contractor were fantastic to work with, and as the project got underway, they understood our need to further revise our plans because we honestly did not know what the entire project would entail.  Denice stayed within our budget, created a cozy 500-square foot family room, and, much to our surprise, was able to create so many family spaces within one room.  She was able to visualize our space utilizing the light, views of our land, created art and gaming spaces for our grandchildren, and even found room for our beloved piano and full music space.  Our family has not only been enriched by our time together spent in this gorgeous family room, but also immeasurably by working with Denice and her associates.  Denice is professional, honest, and you will never have to worry about surprises in your project.  She makes herself available to discuss your project and no question seems unimportant to ask.  We highly recommend 21 west spruce interiors.  So much so that we are working with her to redesign and decorate our entire house!   Tony and Debbie J.

 

 

Denice began her interior design career just north of Boston, Massachusetts (on the North Shore) more than 20 years ago, and she continues to have quite a following although she lives in Arizona!   I so enjoyed working with Denice on my new house in New Hampshire . . .  even though we were not able to meet in person, we were able to work together via phone, Face Time, and Messenger.  Her personality is fantastic to work with.  She not only brings great designs and design philosophy, but what I found so refreshing is that she brings a calmness and sense of humor that is relaxing . . . which translates to "me not being stressed out."  What can seem like small details to the "uninformed," Denice is able to see the entire picture and completed design.   I am thrilled with my new bathroom, master bedroom, and kitchen.  Onto the living and dining rooms!  Danny M.  (New Hampshire)

Styling and Redesign – Denice has an uncanny ability to take what you already have in your home and simply move items from room to room or just change the angle of furnishings and decor and make such a profound difference in the way your interior appears, and the biggest advantage is that I am not recreating the wheel spending money I shouldn't be spending, but the end result looks as though I did.  – Clara M. 

 

 

We hired 21 west spruce interiors for a new-build project in Kennebunk, Maine.  We were referred to this company from friends in Massachusetts that knew of their work.  We sold our current house and our dream was to create a new sea-side house exactly the way we saw it in our vision.  We hired a local architect and contractor and hired Denice to oversee the project and to assist us in creating the home of our dreams . . . replete with all the coastal charm of Kennebunk, Maine.  This project was all-encompassing, and we worked together seamlessly over more than 2,500 miles away.  She worked with us, our architect, and contractor as though she was on-site each and every day.  We saw our vision come to fruition.   We thoroughly love and enjoy our new home.  It is so beautiful, and as we meet folks in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, everyone wants to know who designed our gorgeous home!  I am sure we will continue to refer 21 west spruce interiors for a very long time.  Jack and Linda P.  (Kennebunk, Maine)
